IMAGE STITCHING FAQ

Image stitching questions

1Is image stitching free?

Yes. There is no account requirement or usage-count limit. File-count and resolution limits protect your browser’s memory.

2Can I join images with different sizes?

Yes. Vertical strips share a width and horizontal strips share a height while preserving each image’s proportions. Images are not cropped and overlapping content is not automatically removed.

3Can I save a transparent background?

Choose PNG and enable transparency to keep transparent gaps and outer padding. JPG does not support transparency and uses the selected background color.

4What are the size limits?

Use 2–20 images, up to 20 MB and 20 million pixels each, with totals of 100 MB and 40 million pixels. Output is limited to 20 million pixels and 16,384 pixels per edge. Reduce the shared width or height if needed.
