Choosing a color or design tool

1Can the converter check print colors?

It converts HEX, RGB and HSL values. It is not a CMYK converter or print-proofing tool and does not guarantee printed colors.

2Does passing contrast checks mean a page is accessible?

No. This tool checks the contrast of the text and background colors you enter. Keyboard access, alternative text, actual layout and other accessibility requirements need separate checks.

3Where can I use a gradient?

Preview a linear or radial gradient and copy the CSS for a webpage background. If text sits on the gradient, check readability at different positions too.
