Choosing a document tool
1Are Markdown images and embedded HTML executed as-is?
No. External images are not loaded automatically; their descriptions and URLs are shown instead. Embedded HTML is displayed as code, not executed. This is not a tool for reproducing an original webpage exactly.
2Can I search or select text in the generated PDF?
The current PDF contains page images with the text drawn on them. It does not create searchable or selectable text PDFs or tagged accessible PDFs. Keep the original text separately.
3How do I save the HTML output?
In Markdown to HTML, choose an HTML fragment or a complete document, then copy or save it. The output does not clone external images; check links and the intended publishing location yourself.
